SAS Impact

Supporting leaders to create impact at scale

For-purpose leaders operate in complexity.

Working across markets, policy settings, funding systems and communities, seeking to create meaningful, measurable social impact while maintaining organisational sustainability and public trust takes time, strategy and a tailored focus.

SAS Impact is here to support CEOs, Boards, founders and senior executives leading at this intersection – where business capability, public policy and social change converge.

Why SAS Impact

The challenges we face in the care economy are systemic.

They are shaped by policy decisions, market pressures, institutional design and social conditions, and they cannot be addressed by any one sector acting alone.

Impact-led organisations are increasingly required to:

  • Work across sectors and systems
  • Engage government and influence policy
  • Align capital to outcomes, not just activities
  • Demonstrate impact, accountability and legitimacy

SAS Impact works at this nexus, helping leaders design strategies, align business impact with the priorities of political decision makers and capital models while focusing on scale and sustainability.
