The SAS Group would like to congratulate its client, The BUSY Group, on securing contracts under the Federal Government’s new Transition to Work initiative.

The Transition to Work service is aimed at helping young people move into work or continue their education by providing assistance in ensuring they are job ready and able to obtain employment.

This week, Minister for Employment Senator the Hon. Michaelia Cash announced successful bidders under the second round of funding for the programme.  The Government has committed $322 million over four years to the Transition to Work service to assist young people aged between 15-21 to become job ready or find their way back into education.  The programme provides young job seekers who face greater barriers to enter the workforce with intensive one-on-one support. 

The BUSY Group has been announced as the service providers for the Townsville, Wide Bay and the Sunshine Coast regions.
